Filling up the post of Director in the Tariff Authority for Major Ports on promotion/deputation basis.

 

The Tariff Authority for Major Ports, (TAMP), is a Statutory Body under the administrative control of the Ministry of Shipping, Government of India. TAMP was set up under the MPT Act, 1963, to regulate tariffs in Major Port Trusts and private terminal operators thereat.

Tariff Authority for Major Ports (Tamp) invites applications for filling up one (1) post of Director in the pay band of Rs.37,400 – 67,000/-+ Grade Pay of Rs.8,700/-. The gross pay at the minimum of scale is Rs.95,175/- including all applicable allowances as on date.

The post is not a part of Central Staffing Scheme. It is requested that wide publicity may be given for the vacancy and the names of suitable and willing officers may be forwarded for consideration. The ACRs of the officers for the last five years along with their Bio-data and clearance from administrative and vigilance angle may also be sent in the enclosed proforma. The last date of receipt of application in this Authority is 2 July 2012.
