Engagement of 7 (Seven) Project Scientists on contract basis in the India Meteorological Department (IMD)
Application are invited from Indian Citizens for engaging 7 (Seven) Project Scientists as per the following details for engagement on Project Mode (Contract) basis in India Meteorological Department (IMD), a subordinate office of Ministry of Earth Sciences for a period of one year.
1. Particulars of the Post (Post Code FDP-01)
(i) Designation Project Scientist “D”
(ii) Number of posts 4 (Four)
(iii) Remuneration Rs.40,000/- (fixed)
2. Particulars of the Post (Post Code FDP-02)
(i) Designation Project Scientist “C”
(ii) Number of posts 3 (Three)
(iii) Remuneration Rs.38,000/- (fixed)
Age Limit (as on 01.07.2010)
Scientist ‘D’ 40 Years
Scientist ‘C’ 35 Years
(Relaxation of age for SC/ST/OBC/Ex-Serviceman as applicable as per GoI Rules)
