Walk-in-interview for the post of full/part time Specialist, Senior Residents, Ayurvedic Physician,
Homeopathy physician, Yoga instructor on one year contract basis extendable upto 3 years or till the posts is filled up on regular basis whichever is earlier at ESIC Model Hospital, Village: Katha, Baddi, H.P.. Accordingly, the eligible and desirous candidates fulfilling the qualifications/eligibility conditions as under should appear for a walk-in-interview with their application alongwith original certificates and one set of attested photocopy of the relevant documents in support of Age, Qualifications, Attempt , Mark Sheet, MCI/State Registration, Category & experience certificate etc. and two recent passport size photographs:-
PART/FULL TIME SPECIALISTS
Medicine-01, Anaesthesia-01, Paediatrics-01, Surgery-01, Pulmonary Medicine(Chest)-01,

Qualifications:-PG degree/Diploma in concerned specialty from recognized University with 3 years /5 years experience after PG Degree/Diploma respectively.
Emoluments per month:-
Full Time:- Basic Pay 18750+6600(Grade Pay), DA, HRA, NPA as admissible.
Part Time:- Rs. 40,000/- consolidated per month for two sessions of 2 hours per day into
five days in a week + 8000/- for emergency calls or as per orders issued by ESIC Hqrs. Office from time to time.
Age on 10/08/2011 not exceeding 45/64 years for Full Time/Part Time specialists respectively.

Qualifications:-PG Degree/Diploma in concerned specialty from recognized University.
Emoluments per month:- Basic Pay Rs. 18,750/- + Grade pay Rs. 6600/- per month for PG degree
Holders. (It would be reduced by Rs. 600/- per month for Diploma Holders and the same will be reduced
by Rs. 1210/- per month for non PG candidates) plus ‘allowance as admissible from time to time.
Age on 10/08/2011 not exceeding 35 years. Relaxation as per rule for SC/OBC.

1.All the candidates should report in the office of Medical Superintendent, Village: Katha,
Opposite Gillette Factory, Baddi, H.P. at 10:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. on the stipulated date(s).
Candidates reporting after 4:00 P.M. will not be considered for walking interview.

3. No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates for appearing in the interview.
