Educational Qualifications:
- Junior Executive (Trainee) - First Class Graduate (Except Arts) PGDCA / DCA / JAIIB/ CAIIB / COPA (with 1 apprenticeship) preferable (OR) Mom/LLB/MBA/MCA. Experience – 2 years experience in any co-operative bank or any Financial institute is preferable
- Senior Executive(Branches) - 1st Class Graduate (Except Arts) (OR) Post graduate (Except Arts) / Inter CA / CA. PGDCA / DCA / JAIIB/ CAIIB preferable. Experience – For Graduates, 5 yrs. experience as a clerk with a Nationalized Bank or Urban Co-op. Bank (OR) Experience of 5 yrs. out of which 4 yrs. as a supervisor with a reputed Financial Institute. For PG Degree, 2 yrs. supervisory experience with Nationalized/Co-operative Bank or 5 yrs. as Executive in any Financial Institute in Supervisory Cadre.
