TECHNICAL ASSISTANT IN CSIR-NIIST.
Applications are invited from suitable
candidates for the post of Technical Assistant in the CSIR-National Institute
for Interdisciplinary Science and Technology(NIIST),Thiruvananthapuram, a premier research Institute of the Council
of Scientific & Industrial Research(CSIR). The Institute has been engaged
in R&D programmes in five broad areas of research namely (i) Agroprocessing
& Natural
Products, (ii) Biotechnology
(iii) Chemical Sciences & Technology(iv)Process Engg.& Environmental
Technology. NIIST is looking for
bright and highly dedicated candidate for the position of Technical Assistant.
Technical Assistant-01(ST) (backlog vacancy) in the Scale of Pay PB-2, Rs.9300-34800 with
Grade Pay Rs.4200/-
Essential Qualifications: 1st class Diploma in Chemical/Mechanical
Engg. of 3 years full time duration or its equivalent after 10+2 in science
stream.
Desirable: Experience in R&D Laboratory/Institution
Job requirement: To assist in testing of
environmental samples and maintenance of Laboratory and pilot facilities.
Age Limit : 28 years as on closing date
