Job Description

• Managing outsourced vendors for Housekeeping, Security, Building maintenance etc. 
• Overall general office administration including monthly invoicing and MIS reporting 
• Managing Time & Attendance for employees 
• Employee Transportation – Route planning, Utilization, resolution of queries, vendor management 
• Handling Travel requirements like ticketing, hotel reservations, visa etc and office events 


Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, word processing and spreadsheet packages 
• Should have 2-3 years of work experience in the fields of Administration, HR, Marketing, Accounts, Travel, and Vendor Management in a MNC 
• Strong interpersonal and teaming skills 
• Enthusiastic, creative and motivated professional 
• Good communicator, with excellent written and spoken English 

Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and must have the ability to organize, prioritize & execute tasks accordingly.
