 Structuring of transactions
 Appraisals/due diligence of entity and financial perspective
 Industry analysis
 Statutory / regulatory / linkage requirements in power sector
 Mitigation of risks
 Monitor the project progress and interact with borrower

Skills and Attributes

 Understanding of technical and commercial aspects of power sector
 Understanding of critical financial issues in appraisal/due diligence/structuring of a product.
 Excellent MS Projects, Excel skills
 Excellent drafting skills
 Excellent knowledge of finance, viz, analysis of balance sheets, P&L accounts, cash flows, financial ratios, working capital, depreciation, IRR, NPVs, financial modeling
 Ability to lead across functional team
 Power sector regulatory knowledge is essential
 Knowledge of prudential norms in financial sector

Communication and negotiation skills
Must possess excellent drafting skill
Must demonstrate exceptional business communication skills both oral as well as
written

Experience
Candidate 5 – 7 years experience in Finance and Financial Operations with a Financial Services Company preferably Power Sector.
Age Between 28 – 34 years
