Selection Process

For the post of Assistant General Manager, Deputy General Manager, Deputy Manager is by Interview and for Management Trainee & Junior Manager is by Written Test & Interview.

Processor For Application

Candidates may apply through online application mode from the website http://bdl.ap.nic.in between 27/12/2011 to 17/01/2012. Candidates send the Demand Draft, print out of registration slip affix with a photograph and SC/ST/PWD caste certificate, copies of the required certificates and duly filled in Bio-Data (as per Performa at Annexure – I) to AGM, C-P&A (Plg & ED), Bharat Dynamics Limited, Kanchanbagh, Hyderabad – 500 058 by post in an closed envelope super scribing the Application for the post of in bold letter on or before 23/01/2012.

Instructions for Online Applying:

1. Candidates have a valid email id before online apply and pay the application fee in the form of demand draft.
2. Now candidates login the BDL website and click on Careers link and open the online application form.
3. Fill all the details in the online application and click on submit button.
4. After submission of online application system will generate a registration Slip. Please save the registration slip on to your local system for future printing/reference.
5. Paste a passport size photograph on the registration slip and attach Demand Draft, Copies of Certificates, Demand Draft, Biodata Form should be sent in an closed envelope super scribing the Post name applied for in bold letters.
