The Orissa Mining Corporation Ltd., a Public Sector Undertaking of Govt. of Orissa, is the largest State PSU in the Country in Mining Sector. The main activity of OMC is to operate Iron Ore , Chrome Ore & other mines located in various parts of Orissa. It recorded an annual turn over of Rs.1577.85 Crores & net profit of Rs.716.87 Crores in the year 2009-10.
On superannuation of the present incumbent on 30.09.2011, OMC intends to fill up the vacancy on Regular basis. Candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria as indicated below may apply for the post.
Chief Security Officer in E-6 (Addl. General Manager ) grade
Pay-Scale - Rs.37,400- 67,000/- with GP of Rs. 8700/- (PB-4) As per Govt. of India & Govt. of Orissa Scale.
