The application should be in a general format with complete details which should be duly attested by any gazetted officer. Same should be sent to the undersigned in a sealed envelope by ordinary post only. The applicant should give a declaration that al the information given by him/her is correct and complete to the best of his/her knowledge and belief. Application should accompany a demand draft for Rs.250 drawn in favor of Chief Executive Officer, Shahjahanpur Cantt and two recent passport size photograph.
