NATIONAL COUNCIL FOR CEMENT AND BUILDING MATERIALS
(An R&D institution under administrative control of the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Govt. of India)

Application are invited for the following posts :

1. CIVIL ENGINEERS (02 Posts) : Candidates with experience in Quality Control, Technical Audit and Research will be given preference.

2. CHEMICAL ENGINEERS (02 Posts) : Candidates with experience in Cement Manufacturing, Energy Audit and Environmental Improvement will be given preference.

3. ELECTRICAL ENGINEERS (01 Post) : Candidates with experience in Design / Selection, Maintenance of Electrical Systems / Installation in Cement Plants and Energy Audit will be given preference.

4. MECHANICAL ENGINEERS (01 Post) : Candidates with experience in design / selection, preparation of TEFR, maintenance / instalment of equipment in Cement Plants will be given preference.

COMMON QUALIFICATION FOR ENGINEERS : First class B E / M E / Ph D.

5. SCIENTISTS (2 Posts) : 
Qualification : First class B Sc (PCM) or first class M Sc in Inorganic Physical Chemist / Physics; Ph D (Inorganic Chemistry). Candidates should have experience in Testing / Equipment Calibration and knowledge of testing of building materials.

6. GEOLOGISTS (2 Posts) :
Qualification : First class M Sc (Tech) / M Tech in Applied Geology. Candidates with experience in Computer Aided Applications in Exploration, Knowledge of Advanced Techniques like Remote Sensing and GIS will be given preference.

7. MANAGER / DEPUTY MANAGER – HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT (01 Post)
Qualification : First class graduate with Post Graduate degree in Human Resource Management. Candidates with the legal background will be given preference. Candidates should have minimum 8-12 years experience at Executive level in a reputed organisation in Manpower planning, recruitment, selection, career development, wage and salary administration, contract employment, grievance handling and its legal aspects.

8. IT SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR (01 Post) :
Qualification : First class B Sc with Microsoft Certificate System Engineer and CISCO Certified Network Analyst. Candidates should have experience in installation, operation and trouble shooting of Server, PCs, peripheral devices, LAN Network, structured cabling (CAT 5/6 cable, FDDI), internet connection sharing / distribution, intranet management, data security software (centralized), mail server, router and switches (managed and unmanaged), data centre, virtualization etc.

9. LIBRARIAN (01 Post) :
Qualification : B Sc (PCM) / B Com with First class Bachelor’s degree in Library Science from a recognized University / Associateship in Information Science from DRTC, Bangalore or NISCAR, New Delhi. Minimum 5 years in the Library of a reputed R&D organization / educational institution in the areas of Cataloguing, Classification, Serials Control, Bibliographical Database / Article Indexing, Library Software / Computer Aided Management System, Digital Library etc.

10. PUBLIC RELATIONS ASSISTANT (01 Post) :
Qualification : Graduate with First class Post Graduate Diploma in Mass Communication / Journalism / Public Relations. Candidates should have experience in Journalism / Public Relations / Editorial work / Technical writing.

11. ACCOUNTS ASSISTANTS (03 Posts) :
Qualification: First class B Com / MBA (Finance) / M Com / Inter C A / Inter ICWA /. Candidates should have experience in Financial Accounting and Cost Accounting in reputed organisation; Handling Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, Reconciliation of Bank Accounts, Bills Receivable and Payable, Handling of Budget and budgetary control, Service Tax, Income Tax matters, Establishment matters such as EPF, Salary Preparation and Tally etc.

12. PERSONNEL ASSISTANTS (01 Post) :
Qualification : First class Graduate with Post-Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management or degree in Human Resource Management. Candidates should have experience in Manpower planning, recruitment, selection, career development, wage and salary administration, maintenance of leave and leave record, contract labour employment and their bill settlement, interpretation of FR and SR etc.

13. ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANTS (01 Post) :
Qualification : First class Graduate. Experience : Candidates should have experience in Office administration including various services e.g., Transport, Security, Catering, Communication and Despatch.

14. PERSONAL ASSISTANTS (STENOGRAPHY) (01 Post) :
Qualification : First class graduate or Post Graduate with Diploma in Secretaryship. Candidates should have 3-5 years experience with Senior Executive as a Personal Assistant in a reputed organization with a higher speed of 120 / 60 w.p.m. in stenography. Knowledge of Computer like; MS Office, Excel, Power Point, Internet, Scanner, Photocopying and FAX machine etc.

15. PURCHASE ASSISTANTS (02 Posts) :
Qualification : First class Graduate with Post-Graduate Diploma in Materials Management. Candidates should have experience to cover handling purchase of equipment, stores, consumables, stores inspection, issue and maintaining records, knowledge of import procedures etc.

16, TECHNICAL ASSISTANTS (03 Posts) :
Qualification : Diploma holders in Instrumentation / Electronics / Mechanical / Civil Engineering. The experience should cover Calibration / Operation / Maintenance of Measurement equipment.

17. LABORATORY ASSISTANTS (09 Posts) :
Qualification : First class B Sc (PCM) or First class M Sc in Inorganic / Physical Chemistry. Candidates should have experience in Testing / Equipment Calibration and knowledge of testing of building materials.
