1. Senior Assistant (2)
Pay-Scale – Rs.10300-34800 Grade pay 3800
Qualification – should be graduate of a recognized university with five years experience of working on the post involving nothing and drafting and who qualifies the departmental test prescribed by the appointing authority.

2. Legal Assistant (20)
Pay-Scale – Rs.10300-34800 grade pay 3800
Qualification – Should be law graduates from a recognized university and should have an experience of legal work for a minimum period of two years.

3. Statistical Assistant (2)
Pay-Scale – Rs.10300-34800 Grade pay Rs.3600
Qualification – Should be graduate of a recognized university with five years experience of working on the post involving nothing and drafting and who qualifies the departmental test prescribed by the appointing authority.

4. Junior Scale Stenographer(9)
Pay-Scale – Rs.5910-20200 Grade pay Rs.2800
Qualification – Should be graduate of a recognized university & qualifies a test I Punjabi stenography to be held by the appointing authority at a speed specified by the Govt. from time to time.

5. Steno Typist(11)
Pay-Scale – Rs.5910-20200 Grade pay Rs.2000
Qualification – Should be graduate of a recognized university qualifies a test in Punjabi stenography to be held by the appointing authority at a speed specified by the govt. from time to time.

6. Clerk(133)
Pay-Scale – Rs.5910-20200 Grade pay Rs.2000
Qualification – Candidates should be graduate from recognized university or institution or its equivalent.

7. Manual Assistant (31)
Pay-Scale – Rs.5910-20200 Grade pay Rs.1900
Qualification – candidates should be graduate from recognized university or institution or its equivalent with one year experience in mechanical workshop
