National Bal Bhavan, an autonomous organisation and fully funded by the Government of India, Ministry of Human Resource Development, requires the services of persons for the under mentioned works on contract basis initially for a period of 3 years on consolidated remuneration as mentioned against each post(Except the post Hindi Translator at Sl.No.11) , which can be extended for further period of 3 years after review of the performance of contractual person. No other service benefit will be admissible :-

1. Officer on Special Duty (01)  Retired Class-I Officer from any Govt.Department can also apply. (Consolidated Remuneration Rs. 20000/- p.m.).

2. Consultant for Civil Engineering (01) - candidate should have degree in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering and should have retired Executive Engineer (Civil) from any Government Department who will be required to do all maintenance and construction jobs of NBB and JBB, Mandi. (Consolidated Remuneration Rs. 18000/- p.m.).

3. Jr. Consultant (01) He should have been retired from the post of Section Officer in the Govt. Department. (Consolidated Remuneration Rs. 14000/- p.m.).

4. Specialised Person for Drama (01) - Educational Qualification: Graduate and Diploma in any field of Performing Arts with atleast 8 years experience (Consolidated Remuneration Rs. 20000/- p.m.).

5. Person for Environmental Science (01) - The candidate should possess B.Sc. degree in any subject of Biological Science from a recognised University/Institution and should have knowledge to impart environmental science education training to the children of age from 5-16 years and to do practical in the field relating to environmental science. (Consolidated Remuneration Rs. 12000/- p.m.).

6. Persons for Painting and Art & Craft (02)- The candidate should possess Sr. Secondary and a Diploma in Painting and Art & Craft from recognised University & Institution respectively. He will impart training to children of age 5-16 years and perform all other work assigned to him from time to time. (Consolidated Remuneration - Rs. 12000/- p.m.).

7. Person for Performing Arts - (01) -The candidate should have degree from recognised University and a diploma in Music (Vocal and Instrumental) from a recognised Institution Or Senior Secondary from recognised Board and a Degree in relevant discipline from a recognised Institutions. (Consolidated Remuneration - Rs. 12000/- p.m.).

8. Persons for Clerical Job (08)- The candidate should possess Senior Secondary or its equivalent from a recognised Board or University. His typing speed on computer should be 35 w.p.m. in (English)/30 w.p.m. in (Hindi) Or Skill of data entry and word processing in Computer. (Consolidated Remuneration - Rs. 12000/- p.m.).

9. Special Officer (Bal Shree Cell) (01) - Dynamic persons with demonstrated sterling qualities of originality and creativity to devise programmes and function as mentors of the children. Rich experience in working with children and a sound knowledge of Hindi and English (both spoken and written) would be necessary. Educational Qualification- Post Graduation in any discipline. (Consolidated Remuneration Rs. 18000/- p.m.).

10. Co-ordinator (Bal Shree Cell) (01) -Will be responsible for co-ordinating activities for the implementation of Bal Shree Scheme with Bal Bhavans, local resource persons and to organise the three Level Selection Camps at Zonal Centre and Headquarter Office. He/she will also be responsible for analysis of the data received from various quarters regarding the scheme. Rich experience in working with children would be necessary. Educational Qualification- Graduation.
(Consolidated Remuneration- Rs. 14000/- p.m.).

11. Hindi Translator (01) - Master’s Degree from recognised University in Hindi/English with English/Hindi as a main subject at the degree level or Master’s Degree from a recognised University in any subject with Hindi as the medium of instruction and examination with English as a compulsory subject at degree level; or Bachelor’s degree with Hindi and English as main subjects or either of the two as medium of examination and other as a main subject plus recognized Diploma/Certificate Course in translation from Hindi to English & vice versa or two years’ experience of translation work from Hindi to English and vice versa in Central/State Government offices, including Government of India undertakings. (Consolidated Remuneration- Rs. 14000/- p.m.). Period of contract : Initially for a period of 1 year which can be
extented further also.

12. Person for Data Entry Operator for (Bal Shree Cell) and D.T.P. Operator for Publication (02) - The candidate should possess Senior Secondary or its equivelent from a recognised Board or University. The responsibility of the Data Entry Operator will be to feed and analyses the data in the Computer and preparing statistical statements and analyses the data, etc. and should have sufficient knowledge of Pagemaker, Coral Draw, Photoshop, MS Word. For D.T.P. Operator should have diploma in D.T.P. and enough knowledge of Pagemaker, Coral Draw, Photoshop, Scanning and latest Software etc. He/she will maintain all the records and attend to the typing work in English as well as in Hindi. (Consolidated Remuneration -Rs. 12000/- p.m.).

13. Typist (Bal Shree Cell) (01) -The candidate should possess Senior Secondary or its equivelent from a recognised Board or University. He/She should have sufficient knowledge of Pagemaker, Coral Draw, Photoshop, MS Word. He/she will maintain all the records and attend to the typing work in English as well as in Hindi. (Consolidated Remuneration- Rs. 12000/- p.m.).

14. Person for Stitchery Work (01) - Senior Secondary or equivalent from a recognised Board and Diploma in relevant discipline from a recognised Institution, Proficiency in Cutting & Tailoring field, Minimum 3 years experience of working with children and Good knowledge of English and Hindi. (Consolidated Remuneration - Rs. 12000/- p.m.).

15. Person for Research Work in Museum Section (01) - Essential- Graduate from a recognised University, Diploma in Museology, two years experience working in a Museum and Good knowledge of English & Hindi. Desirable-Post Graduate from a recognised University, should be able to plan and design innovative exhibition for children. (Consolidated Remuneration - Rs. 14000/- p.m.).
