Age - Around 35 years as on the date of notification. This may be relaxed in case of candidates with longer years of experience. Relaxation as per Government of India directives applies to SC/ST/OBC/PH candidates.

Qualification - The applicant must be a Graduate, with Post Graduate qualification in HR / PM&aIR from an institution of repute.

The incumbent should have minimum 10/12 years of working experience in the relevant discipline, with around 4 yrs in independently handling similar activities. The incumbent must possess excellent communication and networking skills.
