The Teachers Recruitment Board proposes to recruit Librarian and Information Officers , Assistant Librarian and Information Officers , Librarian and Information Assistants Grade - I and Librarian Informations Assistants Grade - II for appointment in the Anna Centenary Library , Chennai.

1. Library and Information Officer - 09 Posts
Scales of Pay - PB 3 – Rs. 15600-39100 + 5400 (GP)

2. Assistant Librarian and Information Officer - 18 Posts
Scales of Pay - PB-2 Rs. 9300-34,800/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 4700/-

3. Librarian and Information Assistant Grade - I - 36 Posts
Scales of Pay - PB-2 Rs. 9300-34,800/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 4500/-

4. Librarian and Information Assistant Grade - II - 36 Posts
Scales of Pay - PB-1 (Rs. 5200-20200) with Grade Pay of Rs. 2400

Age - Should not be over 35 years as on 01.07.2010 (Relaxable as per rules)
