Description
The candidate should possess the following
- Minimum of 6 years SAP ABAP HR experience.
- Worked on SAP HR Maintenance and Implementation projects
- Played a lead role in his previous project.
- Experience in providing project estimates.
- Good knowledge of HR business processes.
- Programming experience using LDB, ALVs, BDC, Scripts, Smart forms, ALE IDOC, BAPIs and User Exists.
- Have knowledge on OOPS concepts
- Experience in SAP HR Benefits and SAP US Payroll
- Experience in developing interfaces & conversions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
