Application fee: For Grade pay up to 2800: Rs 125/-, and for Grade Pay
2800-4600: Rs 225/- General/OBC Candidates, Fee is Exempted for
SC/ST/PWD/Ex-Servicemen/Women/
Departmental Candidates. Pay fee
through Challan on website in any branch of Indian Bank in favour of ESI
Savings Fund Account No 1, Fee Collection Account.
