Age Limit & Educational Qualification: Candidates are
asked to refer to the notification for the details of post wise age limit and
required educational qualification.
Application Fee
Applicants need to pay application fee of Rs. 300/- (Rs. 75/- in case of SC/ST
candidates) in form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of Tata Memorial Centre,
Parel, Mumbai-400012. Female candidates are exempted from payment of fee.
Selection Process: Eligible candidates will be selected on
the basis of Personal Interview.

Candidates need to apply online through TMC website send the print of
application form after successful submission to HRD Department on or before
27-06-2012.

2. Select the link ‘Please Click Here for Mandatory Online
Application Facility’.
3. Read all Instructions carefully and select the New
Application link to apply online.
4. Fill all marked details carefully, check once for errors
and correct them if any.
5. Also enter the fee payment details which has been made
before starting Online Application process and click on the ‘Save’ button to
submit the application.
6. Take print of Application Form, attach photograph and
attest signature and Super scribe the name of the post to be applied for on the
envelope.
7. Send it along with DD and copies of all relevant
certificates, to the following address, H.R.D. Officer, Tata Memorial Hospital,
Parel, Mumbai – 400 012.
