To handle Petty cash payments & accounting the same in the Oracle system & reconciling the Cash A/c.

To obtain daily revenue figures of IP,OP,& Pharmacy collection & the Daily Deposits.

Issuing of TDS certificates to Doctors & Form 16 to Employees.

Payments:

To ensure payments of vendors done on regular basis & validate the same in the accounting system as per provision made in budget.

To ensure payments after verification of certification by Material department for the purchase of items.

To validate Doctors payments & obtaining all chouse by importing the data online in Deutche Bank within the same day.

Cash: (In absences of the Cashier)

To deposit all the revenue with the break-up in the accounts department.

To maintain the break-up in the accounts of the OPD collections received.

To Post the ILS requisitions under the respective heads in the records and reconciled with the requisition slip received for cross checking.
